1980
ITG (originally Xiamen Special Economic Zone International Trade Trust Corp) was founded.
1984
ITG set up Pointer Investment (H.K.) Ltd. in Hong Kong. Afterwards, it established several subsidiaries overseas.
1987
Approved by the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, ITG became the first local foreign trade firm to have the rights to engage in import and export business within and outside Fujian Province.
ITG commenced real estate business in Xiamen Special Economic Zone.
1993
The corporation was renamed “Xiamen Special Economic Zone International Trade Trust (Group) Co., Ltd.”
ITG issued corporate shares and formally restructured into a joint-stock enterprise.
1994
It was renamed Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd.
1996
Xiamen ITG Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. (presently ITG Futures Co., Ltd.) commenced operations, marking ITG’s entry into the financial service sector.
ITG began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
2001
Shanghai Keerun Industrial Co., Ltd. was established (presently ITG Keerun (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd.). ITG subsequently established several platform companies inside China.
2004
Since 2004, it has become one of the top 500 enterprises in China and one of the top 500 service companies in China in successive years.
2005
Since 2005, it has entered the list of Top 100 Listed Companies of China for many times.
2008
It was honored as the State-Owned Listed Company with Corporate Social Responsibility in China, and was rated as the first batch of state-level credit enterprises.
2009
ITG and its image was recognized as a famous trademark of China.
2011
In 2011, the dual-engine strategy was formally implemented, and the company speeded up the circulation integration and the regional development of real estate.
2012
In 2012, the ITG Logistics ranked among 5A logistics enterprises in China.
2013
In 2013, the companys core business was clearly defined as supply chain management, real estate management and financial services in the new strategic plan.
2014
In 2014, it was selected as underlying share in margin trading and Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
2017
In 2017, it became one of Forbes Global Top 2000 Listed Companies and one of top 500 Asian Brands.
Since 2017, its controlling shareholder, Xiamen ITG Holding Group Corp.,Ltd. has been in the Fortune Global 500 list in successive years.
2018
In 2018, It entered the list of Fortune Chinese Listed Companies 50, with brand value exceeding 20 billion Yuan.
